Where do you ship from? / Do you offer international shipping?

I currently ship from the South West of England, United Kingdom.

Yes, I ship internationally!

Do you ship to the USA?

  • From August 29th 2025, all parcels sent to the United States will be subject to duties and taxes, regardless of their value. Because of this, I will not be able to ship to the US after August 15th until further notice.

  • Packages that arrive in the US after August 29th may be subject to customs fees. I am not responsible for any additional fees once the order leaves the UK. Please double check official guidelines before making an order.

  • Thank you for your patience and understanding, I am hoping I can find an alternate shipping solution soon!

Do you ship to the EU?

  • Because of the new regulations implemented earlier in 2024/2025, as a small business I cannot afford to ship to any EU countries at this time.

  • I am hoping this may change in the future, thank you for your understanding and for your patience.

How long does it take for orders to ship?

  • Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days after the order has been placed. 
  • International orders may be subjected to import taxes depending on your country.
  • If needed, you might be asked to pay these taxes upon import.
  • I cannot be held responsible for additional taxes/charges upon import.
  • In a perfect world, I would give you your package personally :-)

Returns & refunds:

  • Only damaged orders are applicable for a refund, all other sales once placed are final.
  • If your order arrived damaged please email me your name, order number, and photos of the damage. I will then be able to issue you a refund or a replacement.

For returned orders:

  • The customer is responsible for shipping if the order was not picked up and the package was returned to me. 
  • If a mistake was made in typing your address, please email me as soon as possible so we can fix your order. Once your order has shipped, you would have to place a new order.
